How do i setup my company account ?

Ensure that you have a company registration proof and send or contact us at account@gingerbite.co.za or whatsapp +27 746932819
Once we have proof of your registration, we will setup an account for you to use.

How long does it take to setup an account

Same day. We ensure that you get started the same day you contact us

What type of Phone do i need for my site ?

You need an Android Phone starting from Android 6 and above. Please make sure your phone has a camera of at least 13MP

What if i need you to provide a phone or Data?

In South Africa, We work with our Telkom partner who can supply a phone at Telkom Store prices. They can povide Data at R100 for 10GB a month

How safe is my data ?

Your data is stored in a secured cloud bucket
W do not collect your password and we will never ask you for your private credentials.
All traffic from your Android to the cloud is encrypted using SSL from Google.
Your Google Account security will automatically apply and secure your traffic with us.

What if lose my site phone?

Everything you do on Cloud OB Book is stored in the cloud. Simply get another Android device and setup the same Google account as on previous device. All your data will be there.

What about downloading files ?

Because you create your own report files, ( Google Sheets), you are able to do wonders with it . Example : Create Charts, Share with your Network or downloading copies of the files. Only you can be the threat to your own data.
